Ingredients
2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup baby carrot
1 diced medium onion
1 diced bell pepper
6-8 mushrooms cut in half (optional)
1 stick margarine
Texas Sensations Gourmet Seasoning
Worchestershire sauce (optional)

Boil potatoes and carrots 10 minutes.
Add pepper, onion & mushrooms and boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and drain.
Add margarine, sprinkle with Texas Sensations Gourmet Seasoning and Worchestershire
